  1. Eligibility for Refunds 

– Refunds are available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

– To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate a request within the same day of receiving the product.

– The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the original packaging.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

– Due to the perishable nature of certain items, products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are non-refundable.

– Sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund.

  1. Refund Process

– Upon approval of your refund request, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  1. Shipping Costs  

– Refunds do not include original shipping charges, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

  1. Replacement Option  

If you prefer, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund for eligible items. Please inform our customer service team if you would like a replacement.
